Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 2 hours’ notice so we can better accommodate all of our guests. If you arrive late without prior notice, please note that your session time may need to be adjusted to accommodate other clients. For appointments made online, we will follow up with a confirmation call or text. If we do not receive a response, your booking will be held at our discretion based on availability.
