Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens—we completely understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 2 hours’ notice so we can better accommodate all of our guests. • Late Arrivals If you arrive late without prior notice, we will hold your spot for 10 minutes. Please note that your session time may need to be adjusted to accommodate other clients. • Online Bookings For appointments made online, we will follow up with a confirmation call or text.
